The Wisdom of the Ovaries

These little fiery jewels have so much to share with us and do so much!  We start to explore the ovarian energy at a deeper level to see if we can uncover any imbalances.  Pay close attention to these little ancient beings.

Journal

Knowing what you know about ovarian energy blockages, journal your observations on your left and right ovaries separately.
Blocked Left Ovary:
  • How do you nourish your creative centre?
    • How do you experience the feminine?
    • With your receptive capacities, are you receiving anything that does not serve you?
  • Have you restricted your capacity for receiving feminine inspiration or energy?
    • What is needed to replenish your creative center and wild feminine self?
Absent Left Ovary:
  • What creative abilities or parts of your feminine range have you let go of?
    • How might you restore these gifts for yourself?
Overactive Left Ovary
  • What creations are you presently nurturing?
    • How are you nurturing yourself?
Right Ovary:

Blocked Right Ovary:
  • Have you compromised any of your creative visions?
    • What support do you need to restore your full ability to direct creative energy?
Absent Right Ovary:
  • What creative endeavors have you let go of or left unfinished?
    • What compelled you to abandon your creative form?
    • Are there any creative aspirations you desire to reclaim?
Overactive Right Ovary:
  • Are you making time for your own creative endeavors?
    • How do you value your own sustenance and capacity for creation?

Body Part Soul Retrieval

Shamans believe that EVERYTHING has spirit and soul.  This means all our beautiful body parts have soul.  So, if you're missing any pieces of your womb, you may have experienced soul loss.  Listen to the audio recording to determine if you too have a body part soul loss that is missing.  If so, bring it back so that you can feel whole once again.

Mandala at Your Mesa

I'm super excited to share this ceremony with you beautiful Soul Sisters.  We will be working with the mandala at our altars for a number of weeks. 

Once created, visit it daily and make the necessary shifts to the mandala.  The video will explain how to create and what is expected in this ceremony.
