The Wisdom of the Ovaries

"The ovaries move the vibrant feminine and masculine energies in the pelvic bowl so that we can create with balance and beauty in all that we do.  So many of our present-day forms -- from personal habits to the work, political, healthcare, and other structures that shape our lives -- have been constructed with an absence of the feminine and with a distorted masculine.  We all suffer from the lack of more natural and creative designs.  We will learn to restore the movement of the feminine and masculine energies through our female bodies so that they will once again flow through our lives, bringing joy and nurturance of the soul back to the centre where they belong."

Jaguar

This beautiful feline represents our minds, the ability of thoughts and ideas.  These big cats are curious, playful and extremely inquisitive.  Anyone who has a cat as a pet has observed these qualities.  Jaguar medicine leads us to right people and situations.  This is their instincts.  Just like she is able to pounce on her prey and extinguish their lives in seconds, we too can break free from our negative feelings or old pattern of beliefs and move forward on our journey in the West.

  • Journal your observations around your timeline map:
    • Notice anything in particular around the ages of 8 to 14?
    • Reflect on your journey in becoming a woman; (menses, virginity, pregnancy, surgeries etc.)
    • Reflect around the emotion of guilt. 
      • Did this emotion surface as you were mapping your pelvic bowl?
      • If so, were they inherited from your ancestors?
        • Did guilt come from a specific experience?
    • Ovarian Energy
      • Reflect on the wisdom of your ovaries.
        • How are you currently using your creative energy?  Does it reflect your true feminine self?
        • How are you presently tending to the fire?
        • Are you adding fuel to your fire or heading towards burnout?
        • Do you sit by the fires you make and receive the warmth they offer?

Yoga

There are so many ways to bring Jala in our yoga practice.  Here's another sweet way to flow with the heart mudra.  As we bring this mudra, open the petals of the lotus and give from our hearts.

Mesa and the Void

Your altar is a unique, divinely feminine space.  A place where you can connect the physical realm to the invisible realm.  It's the sacred space where all your allies in the invisible world are here to help guide you.  But like everyone, and everything there needs to be a day of rest.  For your guides this day shows up the day before a new moon.  It's called the Void Day.  This day is perfect for cleaning your altar.  Remove everything, cleanse your items, dust your altar table, clean your altar cloth.  Let the spirits rest on this day.  Then on the new moon, create a new intention with new items, and let the spirits fill you up once again!

Light Body - Wirracocha

Ever notice in certain traditions how paintings of saints, gurus, and angels have either a halo, golden light, golden disk around the top of their heads or wings enveloping their auric body?  This is known in the Inca traditions as the Wirracocha also known in the Western traditions as the 8th chakra.

It's not really a chakra because chakras only exist in the physical body.  But it does hold the 7 major chakras of the body (root, sacral, solar, heart, throat, third eye and crown). The Wirracocha is the source of the sacred!

When we die, the chakras starting at the root nestle into each other like Russian dolls and collapse into the 8th chakra.  All of our memories are stored in this luminous egg.  As it is timeless and infinite.  It begins to look for the next perfect family to be born into.  Once it finds the family it begins to download these memories into the 7th chakra that predisposes us to a certain destiny or fate.  This is for us to have the best experiences to learn our lessons.

Our luminous counterparts (the angels) have broken free from the wheel of incarnation and therefore the grip of death. As humans we too seek to evolve and become homo luminous.

Shamans understand that the best source of protection is to open up our Wirracocha.  When we wrap ourselves with this light, we surround ourselves with the purest of light, the best shield one can have from toxic energies, intrusions and entities.
