Welcome to this week's lesson!

The Root Sacred Space is developed between the ages of zero to the age of seven.  In this seven year cycle the theme is dominated by trust.  Each of these earlier years will witness the strengthening  or weakening of trust.

What happens to our being if trust is abused, absent, unsupported?  What unfolds in our being when every expression of attention is carefully attended to?

As you witness your Root Sacred Timeline notice if the events, experiences, and/or traumas were rooted in trust or distrust.

Creating our Sacred Root Timeline

Have you every witness something so incredible?  To find yourself at the right time and the right moment to witness a miracle?  Witnessing is such a magical experience!

In this exercise you are invited to witness your own miracles, the path you have traveled as a woman.  It's another kind of map, with the places we've already visited.  The benefits of being your own witness is the very essence of your healing journey.

We will explore witnessing through a timestamp plotted on a timeline.  We start at our Sacred Root Space.  Jump into your spacesuit for we are going back in time to visit places called the past!
