Welcome my Loving Soul Sister,

I'm so proud of you!  Of all that you have accomplished so far.  So many shifts, changes and transformation.  You are incredibly beautiful and your light shines so bright.

We are now moving into the 4th direction of the East.  The place of the rising sun and the great Eagle medicine.  When you have made it this far, trust me when I say that is an incredible accomplishment.  The world is benefiting from your luminous light.

We learn to work with the medicine of Eagle, honor thy breath (Air) and so, so much more.

I just love you to pieces!

Eagle

Eagle medicine takes us to working with our Human medicine.  It is with the Eagle that we can rise above anything and yet still reach the Earth and the Heaven.  No obstacle is to big or too small.  She teaches us to embrace the journey, to leave the safety of our confines, to receive and to share the biggest gifts and booms - Love.

Direction - East

We move into our last phase around the four directions - the East.  This is where we meet the rising sun and can see the Eagle has spread it's wings tip to tip to embrace us with her LOVE!

Yoga - The Lotus Mudra
with Bija Sound Yam

The Lotus Mudra is also  known as the Heart Chakra mudra.  This beautiful sculpture of palms and finger represents a fully blossomed lotus flower. 
Because the little finger is connected with the heart, emotion, and relationships, making the symbol of a lotus represents opening ourselves to the power of love and compassion.  When we are able to truly love ourselves, we open our souls to a wider world of compassion, beauty and harmony.
Place the palms open facing you side by side.  Keeping your little fingers and sides of palms touching, cup the hands as if to hold onto a rose, and bring this mudra up in front of your heart chakra sacred space.

Practice:  Hold your Heart Lotus Mudra and chant or listen to the Heart Bija Mantra.  Bring the breath to a slow rhythm.
