Welcome my Beautiful Soul Sister,

I invite you to journey into one of your most sacred spaces of the female body.  It's the space where we support life (children, dreams) into being.  The landscape varies from sister to sister which makes it uniquely yours. Coming back to this space, exploring this space helps you to ground and ignite your Wild Feminine, that may have been lost for thousands of years.

This container in which we learn and embody teachings is very much likened to an altar.  Every time you show up here, see it as standing in front of your altar bringing with you your intentions, paying attention to this present moment in time.  Honor the offerings (what you will be releasing), honor the gifts (what you will be receiving), and honor the ceremony (what you will be celebrating).

We start with the densest of matter, the Root Space where our physical anatomy consists of our feet, legs, hips, vagina, urethra, anus, tailbone and pelvic floor.  Spending most of our time reacquainting ourselves with our vagina and pelvic floor.  We need to prepare the base of our journey and to make sure that it is solid and feels secure.

13 Grand Mother Moons

We are honored to be working with the 13 Grand Mother Moons.  Each of them bringing us important messages and guiding us through this sacred offering (course).  You will meet all of them through journeys. They will impart wisdom for the group and you individually.  Their gift is to teach us to live a life without pain and suffering, taking us to through the rites of the womb.

Directions

There are several maps that you will be working with.  The first map is called the Four Directions.  Each direction enables us to work with certain elements, and spiritual guides.  Each brings us specific medicine from that direction. In our Root Space, we will be working with the medicine of the South.

Serpent

.The direction of the South, represented by Serpent, is about shedding the stories that no longer are serving us; learning how to walk the beauty way and belly-to-belly with Mother Earth.

Elements

We will learn to develop a relationship with each of the Elements (Earth, Fire, Air, Spirit, Water) throughout this container (the course). 
In the Root Space, it is the element of Earth that supports us.  The Earth has many names: Gaia, Mother Earth, Pachamama, Terre, Terra.  We will use them interchangeably. 
In the shamanic traditions, Pachamama is known as our  Great Mother.  In her infancy only the Stone Spirit existed.  This dense world is filled with minerals and heavy energy.  We will anchor ourselves into her to bring in the sensations of being grounded.
Earth is the element of stability, foundations, and of the body. The Earth is the realm of wisdom, knowledge, strength, growth and prosperity. It is also the physical Earth on which we live and the very heart of life. It is essential in spells and rituals of prosperity, business, fertility and stability.

Journal

We are here in sacred community first with ourselves.  This means different things to different people.  One is not better than the other.  Simply, it is truly a matter of choice. 

Part of your sacred journey will be to journal, sit, reflect, and write.  Find yourself a special journal for your path back to your WILD self.  Make it unique. Dedicate an item that makes it remarkable to this journey.  Take the time to artistically make a title page like:

  • Wild Feminine - Healing MY Sacred Womb
  • My Journey Into the WILD
  • Reclaiming My WILD Me

Yoga

Knowledge is held in the mind.  Wisdom is embodied; it is held in the body.  Throughout your journey to transformation, you will be guided to move your body and your breath in a way that supports you.  These movements will enable you to release, receive, and embody only the sweetness that your life has to offer you.

Ceremonies

Ceremonies are a way to bring the invisible together with the visible.  They give us a way to feel connected to both spirit and physical.  Ceremonies bring about celebration, excitement, connection, laughter, joy, bliss, and love.
We will be experiencing personal ceremonies where you will commune individually with spirit.  Every group call will be a sacred circle with ceremony giving us each the opportunity to express and to listen.
