Angels & Nidra Series
This particular online offering was inspired by the rays of light from the Archangels.  Journey with Archangels, Uriel, Gabriel, Jophiel, Raphael, Michael, Raziel and Zadkiel as they illuminate your body with their multicolored rays, and bring you deep healing along the way.

During the creation of each meditation, the Archangels came to give me the clairvoyance for me to take you on a powerful healing journey  with their light rays.

Each piece of music was specifically chosen, the words softly spoken to entice you on the exploration of your own universe (your temple, your body).  Every in-breath energizes the body and every exhale brings you deeper into relaxation. 

The risk is you might fall asleep. Try not too though, as yoga Nidra is about the journey of your inward and outward universe.
