I'm not going to lie to you...I'm not a fan of the warrior poses.  To be honest I'm not even sure why that is, I just tend to avoid them LOL!  But if it's one thing I know is in life we need to teach what we need to learn!  So here I am.  It's important to step out of your comfort zone and stretch your abilities.  There are no better group of soul sisters that I'd rather do this with than you.

If I was to impart one piece of wisdom that I have gained from my yoga practice is that yoga has so little to do with what poses you try to put your body in.  The western world has gone way off into some crazy uncharted territory with the latest fads of goat yoga, beer yoga, hot yoga, and the like.  I'm sure, as an offering, it's a very unique experience.  As they say there is something for everyone.  If this is something you are attracted to, by all means go out and have some fun with it. 
However, I will say that this unique offering through a membership is not a fad!

When I look at a tree I see the roots, the trunk, and the branches.  The whole tree could be described as Ayurveda which translates to life sciences or as "the tree of life".  As I take my gaze up to the branches, I recognize a branch named yoga.  This is a large branch that supports 8 full limbs.  The 8 limbs of yoga (Ashtanga)!  The 8 limbs impart so much wisdom. Within each of those limbs, there is deeper insight into who we are as represented by more branches.  I'm passionate to share the knowledge within each of 'the branches of yoga'

I have spent the last 25 years practicing yoga.  At the age of 50, I decided that it was time to bring yoga into my body, and forget about trying to put my body into yoga.
I have completed 350 + hrs of training with Liane Charette from Source Yoga.  The style of yoga is called Vinyasa Flow.  In my daily life, I practice the daily routines recommended by the sages of Ayurveda in order to share the two sister sciences with my soul sisters.

Q & A

Can I cancel my membership anytime?
You must provide a written notice of 30 days.  Details of cancellation are available on the "Sign Up Page".
We do our best to cancel it as soon as we get notification.

Can I just sign up for one of your virtual series without a membership?
No.  But you can sign up for a membership that covers the series period.  For example: If a series is running from the 15th of a month to the 29th of the next month, you will be expected to sign up for 2 months of membership to cover the period of the series.  At the time of registration, simply indicate you want a membership for the duration of the series being offered.

Is there a contract for this membership?
No, not at this time.
