In this 6 week group series we will focus on the season of winter.  As nature rests under a blanket of snow in the northern hemisphere, we too can slow down and relax our mind, body, and minds under weighted blankets practicing the art of relaxation.  Allow yourself to open your body through passive stretching. during the long holds of restorative yoga where your muscles are allowed to loosen deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.

Each class will end with some meditation tips followed by a most delightful guided meditation for your final savasana.

What is My Commitment?

  • Must commit to the whole series of 6 classes
  • Putting aside 75 minutes once a week

What else do I need to know?

  • This series will run for 6 weeks in succession on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 PM to 8:45 PM
  • Start date is January 20th to February 24th, 2021
  • All classes will be LIVE on Zoom (link provided after registration)
  • All classes will be recorded and within 3 business days available for you to enjoy again through a personal login access
  • All videos will be available for download
  • You will need to procure yourself of props (rectangular bolster, 2 blankets, 2 blocks, small pillows, eye pillow, and yoga belt)

Prop Kit Rentals

We are excited to offer prop rentals for this Winter Rest & Renew Yoga Series.

Your kit includes:
  • 1 Yoga Mat
  • 1 Rectangular bolster
  • 2 Styrofoam blocks
  • 1 Yoga belt
  • You will be responsible to pick up and drop off the yoga kits
  • Rental fee is $25 for 6 weeks
  • Deposit required $125
    • If the items are not returned in the condition they were given to you, you will forfeit your deposit (this includes rips, stains, dirt and any damage)
  • Kit quantities are LIMITED
