    Payment
     
    No deposit is required.  Full payment must be received prior to class date.  If you have pre-arranged a 3-month payment plan, your final payment is due no later than 2 months after the class date, and the first payment must be made prior to class date.  All payments are by Visa or MasterCard, E-Transfer. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. You can make your payments through the invoice you will have received.
     
    Cancellation and Refunds 
    • If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the class date, there will be no REFUND of paid amount.
    • If cancellation occurs 8 days or more before the date of the class, there will be a refund of paid amount, minus a $25 administration fee.
     
    We reserve the right to cancel the class if it is not meeting the class minimum (if we do so you will be 100% refunded). All cancellations must be made to Carole Tetreault in writing and any refund requests must be made in writing to Carole Tetreault.
