    Once your registration has been submitted you will receive 2 invoices; one for the $150 deposit and the other for the balance of your invoice dated for May 1st, 2022.  The deposit of $150 is due immediately to secure your space and room for the retreat.

    What’s Not Included:
    • Transportation to and from the retreat centre
      • I would encourage you to carpool together as much as possible
    • Lunch and Dinners
      • 2 dinners, 1 lunch will be provided through community cooking. 
      • You will be assigned teams to take care of one meal per team

    PAYMENT
     There is a $150 deposit for this retreat upon registration.  Payment in full must be received by  May 1, 2022.   All payments are by Visa or MasterCard, E-Transfer ([email protected]).  We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
     
    CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
    • If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to the start date of the retreat, your deposit will be REFUNDED minus a $50 administration charge.
    • If cancellation occurs 14 days or less before May 15th, NO REFUND is available.

    Shine Your Light and/or Carole Tetreault reserves the right to cancel any retreat prior to start date for any reason whatsoever, including an insufficient number of participants or logistical problems (e.g. acts of God, war, strikes, etc.), which may impede operations.  The refund of all payments as described in the paragraph below shall release Shine Your Light and/or Carole Tetreault from any further liability.  A cancellation due to insufficient numbers would normally occur at least two weeks prior to departure, unless acts of God, war, strikes or other events impede our start date causing large numbers of participants opt to cancel participation on the virtual retreat in the last days before our start date.
     
    Shine Your Light and/or Carole Tetreault must make payments to suppliers far in advance of the scheduled date on which we embark. If the retreat is cancelled due to forces beyond our control (acts of God, war, labor strikes, earthquake, flooding, etc.), Shine Your Light and/or Carole Tetreault will promptly refund the portion of the retreat cost not advanced to suppliers.  Shine Your Light and/or Carole Tetreault will use its best efforts to recover advance payments as promptly as possible, and will refund to you the amount recovered, if any.  However, Shine Your Light and/or Carole Tetreault does not guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments.

    You agree to be added to Shine Your Light email list pertaining to THIS registration and to receive notifications THIS program and other workshops being offered by Shine Your Light.  Shine Your Light uses Constant Contact as their Client Management System and adheres to strict privacy rules. 
    NEVER will your private information be "sold" to a third party.

Payment Methods

When you hit the "submit" button on this form it will confirm the registration has been sent.  In 2 - 3 business days you will receive 2 emails / invoices from Square for the deposit and the balance of your registration.  If you wish to pay by e-transfer, you will still need to "submit" the form and make a note to us in a comment box of your intentions.
