A Message from Carole....
Healing the Sacred Womb was inspired by my own healing journey. Experiencing for the first time a pelvic bowl walk was an incredible, powerful journey (meditation) for me. I had uncovered in this sacred space a multitude of hurts that I had so unconsciously buried. You see, your womb is a safe, dark space to hide the very things you do not want to deal with. It's natural to want to shove these pains here, but the risk is far too great to never release them. The risk is often in the form of having to surgically remove parts of your womb or to wake up one day with a diagnosis of illness like cancer.
