The Ayurvedic wisdom shared in this offering is focuses on one of the three pillars of health; the pillar of sleep.  We'll chat about how our evening and morning daily routines can improve your sleep.
Ayurveda was introduced to my being in my early 40's. I was always on a quest of better health in natural ways. However, those early beginnings were with an "Ayurveda for Dummies" book and although it opened my eyes to so many possibilities, it ended there. 10 years ago I had the honor of meeting a beautiful soul sister who inspired me to learn more.

I never formally studied in Ayurveda as it is a very complicated life  science, but I have applied some of it's wisdom along the way that has helped me restore my health. My journey and the knowledge that I learnt is what I impart with you in this online offering.
